Questions we hear most

Most clients come back every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a new set may suit you better than a fill, and your artist will tell you which when you book or at the visit.

Classic puts one extension on each natural lash. Hybrid mixes single extensions with handmade fans. Volume uses fine fans on every lash for a fuller look, and mega volume uses denser fans on natural lashes that can carry them. Your artist helps you choose at your consultation.

Read the levels and the sets each artist takes on, then book her by name. A first set is a good fit for any level, and if you are unsure, book a consultation or ask Sujin, who is glad to point you to someone.

Your artist holds 15 minutes for a fill and 30 for a full set. After that the visit is shortened, not extended, because the next client is booked.

We ask every new client to patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive eyes.

Reactions can happen. If you notice redness, itching, swelling or blurred vision, tell us, call your doctor, and go to urgent care if it is severe. Your artist stops the service at any time you ask.

Please skip mascara; it is hard to remove without pulling. Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours, and after that wash them gently with a cleanser made for extensions and brush them clean each morning.

Visits are for the client, 18 and over, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait in the front room.

Extensions from another studio come off before a new set, and we don't fill them. Book the removal of another artist's set, or a removal and a new set in one visit.
