None of it takes long, and it makes the visit calmer for you and your artist.

Book the patch test
A short visit that shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.
Tell us about your eyes
Mention allergies, sensitive or dry eyes, contact lenses and any past reaction to tape or eye products.
Know who should wait
If you have an eye infection, an irritated eyelid or recent eye surgery, please wait and ask your doctor first.
Clean eyes on the day
No eye makeup, no mascara, no curler and no oil-based products around the eyes that day.
If you react
What to do if something feels wrong
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness, itching or blurred vision, tell us right away and call your doctor, or go to urgent care if it is severe. Your artist stops the service whenever you ask.
